The GMC brand gained five spots, moving up to No. 5 overall in the 2016 J.D. Power Vehicle Dependability Study while the Yukon full-size SUV ranked highest in its segment.

The 2016 study tracks 2013 model year vehicles in the third year of ownership.

The Yukon also achieved the highest score in its segment in the 2014 and 2015 J.D. Power Vehicle Dependability Studies.

“The momentum continues at GMC with this recognition,” said Duncan Aldred, vice president of GMC Sales and Marketing. “We expect all of our vehicles to perform at the highest level every time a customer gets behind the wheel and this achievement validates our commitment to dependability and reliability.”
